Dr. Ayakeme Ebiwarefa - Chairman

Dr. Ayakeme Ebiwarefa Whisky born on the 22nd day of December attended Local Authority School, Bolou-Orua where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate before proceeding to Oporoza Grammar School, Patani where he obtained his West African School Certificate. He holds a B.Sc in Banking & Finance from the prestigious Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 1986. He also holds a MBA in Accounting and PhD in Banking & Finance from the University of Port Harcourt in 1999 and 2014 respectively.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria. He is a banker by profession with 20 years working experience in the industry, where he served in various capacities.

He was the Chairman/CEO of the De-Corporate Associates Limited (1998-2000, 2004-2006), Honourable Commissioner for Lands and Housing (2007-2008), Honourable Commissioner for Housing & Urban Development (2008-2010). He was a member of the Board of the Federal Capital Development Authority and also chaired the Board Committee on Finance & General Purposes (2013-2015). He is currently the Chairman/CEO of Elabi Farms Limited.

Eneyi Gideon Roland Zidougha

Mr. Eneyi Gideon Roland Zidougha is a banker with over 15 years working experience in the industry wherein he served in various capacities. He served as the Branch Operations Manager of the defunct Allstates Trust Bank Plc (Sapele/Auchi/Abraka branches 1998-2002). He also served as the Branch/Business Manager of United Bank for Africa (Warri/Abraka branches 2007-2009), Eco Bank Plc (Abraka branch 2006-2007), Unity Bank Plc (Oleh/Ozoro branches 2005-2006) and NNB Int’l Bank Ltd (Oleh/Ozoro branches 2002-2005).

He holds an Ordinary National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1992 and 1995 respectively, Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Economics in 2000, B.Sc in Economics in 2006, Masters in Banking and Finance and International Law and Diplomacy in 2006 and 2007 respectively.

Eferebo Sunday Levi

Chief Eferebo Sunday Levi is a member of the Board of Directors of IMB. He is a retired Director with the Bayelsa State Civil Service. His professional/technical qualifications were obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (CITN) in 2005 and the Institute of Industrialists & Corporate Administrators.

He holds a B.Sc in Accountancy from the prestigious Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 1997, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management in 2012 and Masters in Public Administration in 2014 from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. .

Alama Happy Theophilus

Sir Alama Happy Theophilus is an educationist. He holds a NCE in Business Education in 1987 from the College of Education, Port Harcourt and B.ED in Business/Management Education from the University of Port Harcourt in 1995. He served as Accounts Supervisor of the defunct Peoples Bank of Nigeria from 1989 to 1992.

He serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of IMB.

Boloupremo College Weridonghe

Mr. Boloupremo College is a member of the Board of Directors of IMB. He is a banker with over 30 years working experience in the industry wherein he served in various capacities in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. He started his career in the International Banking Department at the Head Office, Lagos from 1982 to 1994. He served as the Branch Operations Manager of Bonny branch (1994-2000) and Yenagoa branch (2000-2002). He also served as the Branch Manager of Orije branch, Port Harcourt (2002-2004) and Business Development Manager of Yenagoa branch (2004-2014).

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance in 2005 from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori and has completed the Banking and Finance Professional Certificate Part One from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1988. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration.

He serves as the Chairman of the Credit & Risk Management Committee of the Board of IMB.

Bob Ayonimite Hannah

Bob Ayonimite Hannah is a lawyer and banker. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree in 1985 from the University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. She is a banker with over 20 years working experience in the industry wherein she served in various capacities. He served as Legal/Admin Officer of Nigbe Merchant Bank Limited (now NBM Bank), Port Harcourt (1991-1993), Assistant Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the Commercial Bank of Africa Ltd, Ikeja (1993-1997) and Head of Documentation Unit of the defunct Allstates Trust Bank Plc (2001-2005). She also served as a Legal Officer with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (Liquidation Legal Services Unit during the Liquidation of the defunct Allstates Trust Bank Plc) from 2005 to 2011.

She serves as the Chairman of the Business Development Committee of the Board of IMB.

Asima Ayibatonye

Mr. Asima Ayibatonye is an educationist. He obtained his West African School Certificate in 2002 from the Government Secondary School, Toru-Ebeni and holds a B.Ed in Chemistry from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt in 2014. He has taught in several schools including the Community Secondary School, Agudama-Epie and Ekpetiama Comprehensive High School, Tombia amongst others.

He serves as a member of the Business Development and Governance Committees of the Board of IMB.

Ikobho Churchill Howells

Ikobho Churchill Howells is a member of the Board of Directors of IMB. His professional/technical qualifications were obtained from the Nigerian College of Accountants Jos in 2015 and he is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1991 and West African School Certificate in 1997 from Oloibiri Grammar School, Oloibiri. He holds a Bachelor of Science Education in Accountancy (B.Sc ED) from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2007.

He serves as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committee of the Board of IMB.

Olorogun Diriowei Olorogun

Olorogun Diriowei Olorogun is a lawyer and politician. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree in 2002 from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. He has served in various capacities. He was the Personal Assistant to the Head of Protocol to the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State (2002-2005), Personal Assistant to the Chief of Protocol Government House (2005-2007), Special Adviser to the Chairman Ekeremor Local Government on Legal Matters (2008-2009), Personal Assistant to the Protocol Liaison Officer (PLO) to the Vice President (2007-2010) and Personal Assistant to the PLO/SA Protocol to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (2010-2015).

He is currently the Principal of O.D Olorogun & Co. and he serves as the Chairman of the Governance Committee of the Board of IMB.
